This page explains what we do with the details you leave when you request an Evolfit demo. If you're a client of a trainer who uses Evolfit, your training and nutrition data is not covered here: your trainer is the controller of that data, and Evoltix Solutions acts as processor under contract.
Who handles your data
Evoltix Solutions, as data controller. You can write to us any time at contact@evoltixsolutions.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo form: your name and email, which are required, and optionally your phone, your business name, how many clients you have and any message you leave. We also store the language you filled the form in and where you came from, so we know which channel works. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising profiling.
What we use it for
To get in touch with you about Evolfit: to reply, to arrange the demo and, if it's a fit, to put a proposal together. Nothing else. We do not sell or pass your details to third parties for their own marketing.
On what legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the steps taken at your request before entering a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting what was processed beforehand.
How long we keep it
For as long as the sales conversation lasts, and up to one year after the last contact. If you ask us to delete it, we do so sooner. If you become a customer, your data comes under the service agreement instead.
Where it lives
On Amazon Web Services servers in the European Union (Frankfurt region), encrypted in transit and at rest. We use infrastructure and email providers who may access it solely to provide us that service, under a data processing agreement.
What you can require of us
To access your data, correct it, erase it, object to the processing, restrict it and receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@evoltixsolutions.com and we'll get back to you. If you think we've handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
